The 4 children’s homes

The Milhous Children's Home (the 1st) is located in Pamunugama in the district of Gampaha and was opened on June 27th 2009.

The Katupotha Children's Home (the 2nd) is located in Katupotha, district Kurunegala. It was opened on January 20th 2012.

The SMI Child Care and Development Center is located in Kelaniya near Colombo and was opened on November 1st 2014.

The fourth children's home was opened on January 14th 2018 and is located in Ja Ela, about 20 kilometers north of Colombo.

De Stichting Netherlands Sri Lanka is een particulier initiatief geweest van 4 Goesenaren, dat ontstaan is naar aanleiding van de Tsunamie in 2004.

Het doel van de Stichting is mee te helpen (wees)kinderen in Sri Lanka zicht te geven op een betere en meer hoopvolle toekomst.
