The foundation “Stichting Netherlands Sri Lanka” was a private initiative of four individuals from Goes in The Netherlands, which was initiated after the tsunami of 2004 in South-East Asia. The aim of the foundation is to provide essential support for children and orphans in Sri Lanka to ensure that they may have a better and more hopeful future.
Thanks to donations, we have now been able to build 4 childrens’ homes where we can provide a safe, loving home for up to 90 children, also providing them with education and medical care.
